Delivery

We usually send your order within 5 working days.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and therefore offer a 100% refund if you are not delighted with your jewellery.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the receipt of your order. An exchange or credit note is offered after this period.  The only exception to this, for hygiene reasons, are pierced earrings.
 
The jewellery should be in it's original condition and where possible, please use the original packaging. Customers are responsible for any postage/shipping costs on returns, except of course, if anything is found to be faulty, in which case, postage costs incurred by you will also be refunded. We suggest a form of recorded postage when returning items.

Orders under £30 - £2.50
Orders £30 and over - FREE
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Post.

If you require recorded delivery please make an additional note in the 'Additional Information' box when you check out.

Overseas
We do not currently ship overseas.

DC Designer Jewellery will not sell, hire out or give out your details to any other third party. Your details will only be used to contact you regarding any queries or information about purchases.
