Delivery

We usually send your order within 5 working days.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and therefore offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the receipt of your order. The product should be in original condition. The only exception to this, for hygiene reasons, are pierced earrings. Where possible, please use the original packaging. Customers are responsible for any postage/shipping costs on returns.

Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We therefore suggest a form of recorded postage when returning items.

Orders under £30 - £2.50
Orders £30 and over - FREE
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Post.

If you require recorded delivery please make an additional note in the 'Additional Information' box when you check out.

Overseas
We do not currently ship overseas.
